Our Team
Lewis Holmes MRICS
Co-Founder
Lewis started his career in 2015 as a McDonald's kitchen employee. Shortly after in 2016, he took up the role of training new colleagues to successfully develop golden customer service, complaint handling and food safety skills.
He then undertook a 5-year, Chartered Surveyor, degree-level apprenticeship at Cushman & Wakefield in 2017.
During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Lewis developed a wide range of experience across a variety of markets including London & South East Office Agency, Strategic Real Estate Consultancy, Data Management and Retail Valuation & Advisory.
Lewis is now a Chartered Surveyor at Campbell Gordon.
Raymond Holmes
Co-Founder
Starting his career in 1959 as a Junior Claims Negotiator, Raymond quickly developed a passion for the insurance industry and progressed to a clerical secretary at C. T. Bowring and Muir Beddall before moving to Byas Mosley as an insurance broker.
Developing his career in the industry, Raymond's next broking venture was at J.H. Minet before becoming an insurance underwriter at Anchor Underwriters. Raymond took his final post at Highway Insurance as a fraudulent insurance claim investigator prior to his official retirement.
Raymond had an interest in referring before quickly becoming a qualified referee in 1968 and in 2009 was awarded his FA 50-year long service medallion for services to football as a player, referee and administrator.
Prior to his retirement of football services in 2019, he achieved 60-years as an active participant for all football levels.
